Seattle startup Duranta announced a $7 million seed round to support growth of its software platform designed to help landscapers and lawn care companies run their businesses.

  • Founded last year, Duranta builds tools for property analysis, estimates, proposals, payments, and more. Its flagship Aldan AI model measures property details and generates customer proposals.
  • The company is led by CEO Samuel Adeyemo, who previously co-founded solar industry software company Aurora Solar. Other Duranta employees also worked at Aurora.
  • Base10 Partners, Pear, Coalition Operators, Sunshine Lake, and individual investors — including GitHub CEO Thomas Dohmke and PagerDuty co-founder Andrew Miklas — participated in the seed round.
